Sell Your Cash Flow Note

Selling your cash flow note is easy.  Simply find the link below which corresponds to your note and click on the link to submit your note.  You will be asked a series of questions pertaining to your note.  If you have questions about the information requested or prefer to speak to one of our specialists directly, please call us at (401)-258-7158.

Once you have submitted the information about your cash flow note, our specialists will evaluate the note and contact you directly.  You will be requested to provide copies of the documentation supporting your note.  Initially, we will need a copy of the promissory note, a copy of the mortgage or trust deed (if applicable) and a copy of the settlement statement (if applicable).  We will discuss other documentation necessary depending on your individual note as the transaction proceeds.

First Class Cash Flow Handlers offers a variety of different purchase options.  You will be asked questions regarding your individual cash flow needs.  Though some of these questions may seem to be very personal in nature, please remember that the more we know about your individual situation, the better able we will be to find a satisfactory solution for you.  In many circumstances, a partial purchase of some type may be more efficient and result in a greater profit for you than a full purchase.  In other cases, a full purchase may be more beneficiary.  By discussing your needs openly and honestly, we will be able to work with you to find the purchase solution that best solves your cash flow need while providing you with the greatest profit available.

Please choose the category that best describes your cash flow note and click on the link to it to proceed to the questionnaire.
